Installed SP3 and tried to use the classic menus. I can't get any of the menus, assistant, toolpaths, etc. to place as tabs on the right side of the screen. Also the menus that do show have NO TOOLS. Worked in in 465!

I guess this is why you have to be on the Advantage Package,,,,,,,if you were not, and you had bought 2010 when it was first released,,,,,you would be toast now.
Do you think Delcam is put out with me for harping on this issue? Possibly,,,but on the other hand everyone is being made aware that not being and ADVANTAGE subscriber could be very costly, so maybe they appreciate my comments.

If you are using the correct build then please can you let me know the hardware configuration of your PC so that I can test it at my end. Thanks,

Hi Chetan
I hope this isn't being ignored. Here is a screen capture of what is happening.

Hi Bill,
annoying to say the least! You're not alone.
SP3 fixed some, made others worse. It's the case of 2 steps forward, 3 back.
I'm now having tool path issues that I didn't before, as well as blank tabs and the casper the ghost blue when the computer goes to sleep, and still have problems selecting vectors when only working in 2D.
There are many good features in 2010, but in many ways I wish I'd waited another 6 months to install it. In the last week alone I've worked at least 3-4 times longer to model an object in 10 as compared to 09.
Danny

Hi Danny
Sorry you are having problems now. When you were first starting with 2010 you kept saying how great it was working for you and I couldn't understand why? Well now we seem to be at the same point. I had been using another version (465) and it seemed to solve a lot of my problems but alas along came 485 and it's now unusable totally for me.
I don't like the custom menus but the classic version was starting to work better. Oh Well!

Danny, why don't you just reinstall 2009 and wait until they get 2010 working properly?
