i would like to now how could i install a (ARTCAM pro.. on my pc. for a multicam cnc router type 5000.

Please contact your reseller, they should help you install the ArtCAM and also the procedure to install the paf (license file). The installation kit provided by the reseller should have the installation CD/DVD for ArtCAM with which you can install ArtCAM and you will need to request the paf file (licence file) which should allow you to run ArtCAM with the provided dongle in the installation kit.

Dear sir
Thank you for replying me ,I have already the installing CD and my atrcam PAF file and dongal
But when I try to install it on PC, I am getting always an error (( PAF Error = 25 line = 27 )
So would you please tell how could I avoid this error

This error means there is a problem with your paf file. As Shirish suggested, you will need to contact your reseller to get a new paf file. These types of problems need to be dealt with by your reseller. If you are having trouble contacting your reseller, please e-mail us at artcam-support@artcam.com
