We have had many requests for a facility to upload images, reliefs and .art files for other users to share, so here it is.

To kick it off, attached to this message is an image and relief file of a shield modelled by a U.K customer of ours, John Howard (see http://www.howardbros.co.uk). John has kindly agreed to let us share this with our customers. John created the model from scratch based on a faxed 2D sketch and all the modeling has been done within ArtCAM.

Brian.

Hi Farhadiangold,

That was the original intent of the Showcase section of the forum. If you look at the first few pages (oldest posts) you will see a lot of reliefs you can download.
We would like to encourage all our customers to load not only the image but also the relief file so others can download it.

Jen

I'd like to be able to upload files and download some, but MillWizard doesn't have rlf as a file import.

hello brian
the idea of a page dedicated to up and downloading models from artcam and indeed other sources as a model library is a cool idea but would it not be possible to have it laid out as a gallery as opposed to just another thread as it seems that after all the chat we would have to navigate round cape horn to see the "wood" we love the forum but a thread is a thread could we not have a picture (thumbnail) gallery without the waffle.
i would like to know what the rest of the users think of this.
